Meet Dr. Upasna Malhotra

Dr. Upasna Malhotra’s passion for helping others and creating a meaningful impact started as a young patient with braces and grew throughout her education and orthodontic career. Nothing brings her more joy than creating an enjoyable journey for each of her patients to help them get the beautiful smile they’ve always wanted. As a proficient clinician, her expertise in using the latest technology allows her to provide optimal care to her patients.

Dr. Malhotra grew up on Long Island and attended a B.S./D.D.S. Scholars for Dental Medicine program at Stony Brook University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Biology followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
at the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Malhotra completed her thorough 3-yr specialty training program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the prestigious Montefiore Medical Center where she was nominated and served as the Chief Orthodontic Resident during her final year.

When she is not in the office, Dr. Malhotra enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and trying new restaurants. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists.
